This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster customer relationships by meeting their needs and enhancing Empower products and services.
• Organize scheduled appointments to discover external assets, finalize identified opportunities, and lead the onboarding process.
• Provide goal-oriented planning solutions for education, retirement, and various intermediate- to long-term savings objectives.
• Utilize Empower’s conversational model and interactive planning tools to assess participant needs and outline next steps.
• Manage time and pipeline according to customer requirements and the potential for relationship expansion.
• Employ Salesforce CRM to record conversations, follow up with clients, and oversee account transfer opportunities.
• Collaborate with relationship management and advisory teams to prioritize asset-consolidation meetings.
• Transition to the relationship management team after assets have been secured.
• Achieve bi-monthly sales and conversation objectives to qualify for incentive compensation.
• Attend staff meetings, product seminars, training sessions, and strategic initiatives within the department and the firm.
• Comply with federal and state securities and insurance regulatory standards.
• Concentrate on delivering solutions to customers rather than managing a book of business.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses are mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years in the financial industry with proven sales success is required.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
• FINRA fingerprinting is necessary.
• A commitment to assisting mass-affluent clients in structuring and achieving their intermediate to long-term savings goals.
• Self-motivated with the ambition to excel in a fast-paced, senior sales environment.
• Eagerness to quickly learn and apply new financial tools, computer systems, and conversational standards.
• Team-oriented and customer-centric attitude.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a working understanding of retirement plans.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and service through fiber, cable, or DSL.
• A home workspace that allows for minimal disruptions.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for candidates who are fully licensed; eligibility applies to those who apply on or before September 30.
