Wealth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients remotely through video, chat, and email to offer financial guidance.

• Provide advice to high net worth clients regarding concentrated stock positions, cross-border tax implications, and strategies for wealth transfer.

• Tailor the LearnLux methodology to address financial planning topics pertinent to South Korea.

• Participate in regular team meetings while contributing your subject matter expertise to enhance the LearnLux digital experience.

• Develop expertise in client benefit plans and assist with benefits enrollment.

• Work closely with the content team to draft outlines, review lessons, and approve content for the LearnLux digital platform.

• Spearhead employer-partner engagement initiatives, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current financial planning/advisory designation is required.

• Proficient in both English and Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in advising high net worth clients, particularly regarding concentrated equity holdings and intricate financial matters.

• A strong desire to educate individuals on how to take charge of and invest in their financial future.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work, and following guidance from various team members.

• Knowledgeable in diverse areas of personal finance, including retirement planning, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, estate planning, and insurance.

• Previous experience with high net worth clients in a private bank, family office, or wealth management firm is preferred.

• Experience in startup environments or the Fintech sector is a plus.

• Comfort in creating presentations and addressing large groups is advantageous.
