Manager, Provider Network Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the advancement of network performance analytics.

• Create and implement data solutions that generate, sustain, interface with, or modify data for contracting analytics and modeling applications.

• Supervise the development of project applications and assess the financial implications of contract negotiations and statewide rate adjustments.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify analytic reporting requirements.

• Offer training and support on network performance applications and reporting tools.

• Lead the functions of provider profiling and network performance analytics support.

• Provide assistance to health plans and other stakeholders.

• Track and evaluate unit cost trends and opportunities for network improvement.

• Maintain existing application solutions and create technical enhancements to optimize outcomes.

• Plan, manage, analyze, design, and execute projects, including scheduling deliverables, objectives, and milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in contracting, healthcare reimbursement, provider contract modeling, or quality measurement experience.

• Prior experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance.

• Understanding of Health Care Delivery Systems.

• Proficiency in SQL, SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, and Visio is preferred.

• Candidates must reside within the state of Georgia due to travel requirements.

• Capability to work in a field-based role directly with providers and communities throughout Georgia.
