Wealth Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture strategic relationships at the national, regional, and local levels within the designated territory.

• Perform fact-finding and prospecting activities with assigned advisors to optimize sales outcomes.

• Provide training for advisors on products, features, marketing strategies, and processes related to new business and underwriting.

• Offer support in illustration, case management, and product design to assigned advisors.

• Assist advisors during client meetings at the point of sale.

• Create and execute an activity plan that maximizes field interactions within an assigned territory and/or established relationships.

• Meet the annual sales objectives for the territory, which include overall production, penetration rates, and the diversity of products sold.

• Deliver dedicated assisted-sales support for Saybrus Partners' life insurance distribution strategy targeting national broker/dealers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated, self-driven individual with outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Over 5 years of proven success in financial services sales (either wholesale or retail), particularly with a focus on life insurance strategies.

• Experience in conducting point of sale life insurance sales is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; additional advanced degrees and/or designations (e.g., CLU, ChFC, CFP) are also preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products and their application in estate planning, retirement, and business planning.

• Possession of Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and relevant life insurance licenses.

• Successful completion of a background check may be required prior to employment.
