Water Treatment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PPM) on water systems.

• Conduct routine flushing and water sampling.

• Measure and document water temperatures.

• Perform regular inspections of water systems.

• Detect and report potential issues, defects, or non-compliance.

• Precisely document completed tasks using company systems.

• Maintain a professional demeanor on customer sites and foster positive client relationships.

• Adhere to company health and safety protocols.

• Comply with applicable water hygiene standards and guidelines, including ACOP L8 and HSG274.

• Assist the broader team with water hygiene and Legionella control initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in water hygiene, plumbing, facilities management, maintenance, or a comparable technical field within the water hygiene sector.

• Prior experience in performing PPM or routine maintenance is preferred.

• Enthusiasm for advancing a career in the water hygiene industry.

• Strong practical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers.

• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards.

• Openness to learning and undertaking relevant training.

• Valid UK driving licence.
