Waste to Energy Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with disposal outlets that collaborate with Northstar to manage waste from clients' manufacturing facilities.

• Reduce disposal expenses through service optimization, accurate equipment identification, and effective negotiation.

• Remotely establish and implement waste management solutions at client sites.

• Investigate new disposal outlets and emerging technologies.

• Analyze data effectively.

• Cultivate relationships with disposal outlets.

• Support contract management efforts.

• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment.

• Address challenges and contribute to finding solutions.

• Surpass client expectations while adhering to the company's business model and service standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in conducting negotiations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on logistics.

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• A growth-oriented mindset towards technology, including the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency, analyze data, and improve client results; proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects along with a high volume of daily tasks.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Some travel to vendor sites across North America may be required.
