Revenue Cycle Performance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the product team to develop agentic, API, and various automation initiatives.

• Construct and evaluate data sets to uncover opportunities for automation optimization.

• Examine Tableau and Sigma dashboards to identify emerging trends in cycle rates, inflow, days in accounts receivable (A/R), and A/R in billed status.

• Initiate timely actions and engage stakeholders based on identified trends.

• Analyze trends, determine root causes, and formulate data-driven action plans to enhance KPI performance.

• Monitor impact through iterative measurement.

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects, encompassing scoping, execution, and retrospectives.

• Ensure alignment of projects with athenahealth-wide and departmental objectives.

• Communicate insights and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional partners through data-driven storytelling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue-cycle operations with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements.

• Proficient in writing prompts using AI-powered software tools and language models.

• Advanced skills in Tableau, Sigma, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.

• Strong project management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating risks proactively.

• Capacity to influence diverse, geographically distributed teams through data-driven storytelling and constructive challenges.
