Field Service/Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to clients in the field.

• Conduct maintenance and repair services at client locations.

• Provide customer-oriented solutions that extend beyond repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to effectively use equipment.

• Travel regularly to customer sites, generally on a daily basis.

• Utilize power tools on occasion.

• Contribute to advancing dentistry through service and installation support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer use, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capable of effective problem-solving.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Background in mechanical or technical fields.

• Experience in electrical, customer service, military, or software/hardware domains.

• Knowledge of pneumatics.

• Experience in HVAC.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Mandatory).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics sector is preferred.

• Ability to routinely walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist.

• Must frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally handle 56 to 100 pounds.

• Regularly engage in pushing, pulling, grasping, and demonstrate manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Capable of working in confined spaces.

• Frequent travel to client locations (daily).

• Occasional use of power tools.
