Washington Licensed Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, design, and execute personalized care strategies.

• Work alongside members, families, and healthcare professionals to create tailored care plans.

• Provide individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults.

• Recognize and initiate referrals for financial, psychosocial, community, and state support services.

• Advocate for members and their families to ensure their needs and preferences are acknowledged.

• Utilize approved clinical criteria to evaluate and ascertain suitable levels of care.

• Record member evaluations, care plans, and referrals accurately.

• Meet established goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Familiarize yourself with the StrongWell model and take responsibility for outcome-based care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and utilization management discussions.

• Facilitate safe transitions of care.

• Encourage responsible and ethical management of company resources.

• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during work hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active clinical license in Washington State is required: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Candidates must reside in Washington.

• Previous experience with the substance abuse population is preferred.

• Background in maternal substance abuse is a plus.

• Experience working with both adults and adolescents is necessary.

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid procedures is beneficial.

• Experience in remote work is required.
