Licensed Therapist, Adults 18-60

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy via video to adults aged 18-60.

• Establish consistent, trusting relationships with clients.

• Operate fully remotely from any location in the U.S., provided you hold a valid license to practice in California.

• Determine your own working hours, available Monday through Sunday, from 8am to 8pm PT (weekends are optional).

• Conduct a minimum of 5 sessions weekly, with no upper limit.

• Collaborate with the team, which will align clients with your availability and arrange initial sessions.

• Deliver care with an impressive average clinician caseload fill rate of 96%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP is required.

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy to adults.

• Comfort and experience with telehealth delivery.

• A dedication to culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.
