Licensed Therapist, Adults 18-60

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy via video for adults aged 18-60.

• Cultivate consistent and trusting relationships with clients.

• Operate fully remotely from any location within the U.S., provided you hold a valid license to practice in California.

• Determine your own working hours, Monday through Sunday, from 8am to 8pm PT (weekends are optional).

• Conduct a minimum of 5 sessions each week, with no upper limit on the number of sessions.

• The team will coordinate client scheduling based on your availability and manage their initial appointments.

• Clinicians typically achieve a 96% fill rate for their caseload.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP is required.

• Previous experience providing individual therapy to adults is essential.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and experience in delivering remote therapy.

• A strong commitment to providing culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.
