Licensed Therapist, Adults 18-60

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy via video to adults aged 18-60

• Establish consistent, trusting relationships with clients

• Operate fully remotely from any location in the U.S., provided you hold a license to practice in California

• Create your own schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 8am to 8pm PT (weekends are optional)

• Conduct a minimum of 5 sessions weekly, with no limit on the number of sessions

• Our team coordinates client matching to your availability and arranges initial appointments, allowing you to focus on client care instead of chasing referrals

• Clinicians typically maintain a 96% fill rate for their caseloads

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP

• Experience in providing individual therapy to adults

• Proficiency with telehealth and experience in delivering remote services

• A dedication to providing culturally responsive and equitable care

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position

• Operate fully remotely from any location in the U.S., as long as you are licensed to practice in California

• Conduct a minimum of 5 sessions weekly, with no limit on the number of sessions
