Warranty Coordinator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate repair orders and purchase orders to determine warranty claims.

• Generate and submit warranty claims to the appropriate manufacturers while following their guidelines.

• Investigate and compile information to enhance warranty recovery.

• Liaise with field management concerning missing repair details, 4-15s, and chargebacks.

• Interact with manufacturer representatives to enhance warranty collection prospects.

• Work in conjunction with the Warranty Manager to pinpoint process enhancements and best practices.

• Undertake special projects as necessary.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or Communications, or a HS diploma/GED combined with equivalent experience (Preferred).

• A minimum of two (2) years of Data Entry experience (preferred).

• At least one (1) year of Customer Service experience (preferred).

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Diesel Technology (preferred).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet departmental timelines.

• Flexibility to adapt and a self-motivated drive to succeed in a fast-paced setting.

• Competent in multi-tasking, highly organized, with exceptional time management abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

• Willingness to travel 3 to 4 times per year.
