This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support sales teams and CSEs in developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
β’ Comprehend client requirements and align existing and future solutions with their strategic objectives.
β’ Aid in crafting and implementing market-specific sales strategies utilizing market insights and competitive intelligence.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to formulate and execute strategic direction for key prospects.
β’ Partner with Sales Operations, Product, Technology, Marketing, and Client Services to pinpoint, scope, and assess key prospects.
β’ Propel new business initiatives and expand current accounts to boost annual recurring revenue.
β’ Market Risk Adjustment and Quality solutions, encompassing both retrospective and prospective Risk Adjustment offerings, STAR ratings, HEDIS, and quality enhancement solutions.
β’ Carry out the sales process by analyzing client workflows, aligning needs with solutions, delivering presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and contracts, finalizing sales, and updating the CRM.
β’ Assist in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities while sustaining a robust sales pipeline.
β’ Engage with management and executive-level prospects, foster relationships, network with associations, and provide solution demonstrations.
β’ Support RFI/RFP responses and collaborate with internal product specialists.
β’ Work collaboratively across functions to facilitate onboarding and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
β’ Track industry trends, client challenges, CMS regulatory changes, ODAG/HPMS reporting requirements, and risk adjustment coding developments.
β’ Deliver pipeline forecasts, status reports, activity updates, and risk insights to sales leadership and teams.
β’ Over 15 years of experience in Risk Adjustment, Stars, HEDIS, and Quality Solutions, ideally in healthcare SaaS/BPaaS or enterprise software solutions.
β’ Proven understanding of Medicare Advantage, ACA, and/or Managed Medicaid Risk Adjustment strategies, including retrospective and prospective coding programs.
β’ Background in selling or positioning quality improvement solutions related to CMS requirements, including STAR ratings and HEDIS.
β’ Subject matter expertise in healthcare with strong technical knowledge and aptitude in enterprise-class insurance transaction and healthcare management information systems.
β’ Familiarity with the HealthEdge product suite is advantageous.
β’ Insight into BPaaS and SaaS delivery models as they pertain to risk adjustment outsourcing, with experience in health plan build vs. buy considerations.
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales objectives, with experience managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly payer/provider dynamics, risk adjustment, and value-based care.
β’ Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Capacity to work independently and travel as required within the designated territory.
β’ Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote working environment.
