VP, Programmatic, AdOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with Programmatic vendors for new product launches and implementations.

• Stay informed about the changing landscape of programmatic technology, including open auction, PMP, and PG, as well as header bidding and server-side versus client-side setups.

• Provide recommendations and develop test plans for programmatic technologies and vendors.

• Partner with ad product managers and technology teams to execute solutions.

• Assess existing and prospective programmatic vendors and provide insights.

• Evaluate new programmatic business opportunities and partnerships.

• Analyze the health of bidder partners to enhance and troubleshoot connections.

• Identify strategies to improve outcomes and suggest actionable steps.

• Keep track of market changes and evolving trends, adjusting operations and the ad stack as needed.

• Work in tandem with ad sales to support PMP and PG agreements.

• Assess and implement video programmatic strategies.

• Oversee and sustain ad quality across the portfolio of websites, including managing block lists within an Ad Quality platform.

• Ensure quality assurance for site and app releases that impact programmatic revenue.

• Maintain Ads.txt files and adhere to compliance and transparency initiatives.

• Serve as the technical liaison with product and engineering teams, advocating for programmatic interests.

• Enhance and refresh header bidding while collaborating with analytics to evaluate impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience.

• Proficient with Google Ad Manager (DFP) or other ad serving platforms.

• Knowledge of programmatic ecosystems and platforms such as Google, Magnite, or Index Exchange.

• Strong understanding of web debugging tools like Charles and Chrome Developer Tools.

• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with JIRA is an advantage.

• Capacity to solve problems using a data-driven approach.

• Strong Excel skills are beneficial.

• Experience with BI tools is a plus.

• Proven track record in successfully conducting client meetings.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
