Vice President of People

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the necessary infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to facilitate significant headcount expansion over the next five years.

• Transform HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations into auditable, scalable systems with defined KPIs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and screen prospective employees.

• Contribute to the growth of IMPaCT culture through initiatives like a company retreat.

• Partner with supervisors to oversee a rapidly expanding workforce of corporate staff and frontline Community Health Workers operating in homes and communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in People Operations/HR.

• Ideally, experience within a startup or early-stage company setting (from Pre-Seed to Series B).

• Proven experience leading People Operations for an organization that employs a frontline, home-based workforce.

• Strong leadership abilities and decision-making capabilities.

• Recent hands-on experience and comfort in an individual contributor role.

• A proactive "roll up your sleeves" mentality; no task or project is too large or small.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
