This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance a global total rewards strategy that aligns with business objectives, competitive positioning, and local regulations.
• Supervise the analysis and evaluations of executive compensation programs.
• Aid in the preparation of executive compensation documentation for the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with the equity team to manage equity initiatives and ensure they are integrated within the overall compensation framework.
• Spearhead the design, assessment, and implementation of base salary, variable compensation, equity, and recognition programs.
• Direct the evaluation and management of health, wellness, retirement, and other comprehensive global benefit programs.
• Propel advancements in total rewards technology, analytical solutions, compensation review methods, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate closely with HR Operations and HR Systems leaders.
• Lead and nurture a global Total Rewards team focusing on rewards, analytics, and responsible AI practices.
• Foster relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.
• Ideally, experience in a complex, global technology organization.
• In-depth understanding of global compensation practices, regulatory standards, and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India is advantageous.
• Practical experience in managing equity programs.
• Background in a private equity setting.
• Proven success in designing and implementing total rewards strategies.
• Capability to translate strategy into actionable steps, manage competing priorities, enhance workflows, and cultivate productive relationships across the organization.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in engaging diverse audiences, leading teams, and facilitating change throughout the organization.
• Sound judgment to navigate between strategic leadership and hands-on responsibilities.
