This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives of Global 500 companies.

• Collaborate closely with Gartner sales to sustain renewals and promote growth.

• Act as the primary point of service delivery for approximately 15–20 member relationships.

• Assist in account planning activities alongside Account Executives.

• Organize and implement GCSCO events, which includes defining themes, recruiting speakers, developing agendas, and enhancing the overall event experience.

• Foster community interaction through personalized peer connections.

• Document shared actions and opportunities, directing outcomes to member teams.

• Provide ongoing services to Global 500 companies with a focus on operations and supply chain leadership.

• Regularly consult with members to advance their objectives and utilize community insights alongside tailored Gartner thought leadership.

• Conduct workshops for leaders' peers and teams, utilizing peer and research insights.

• Enhance member engagement and value interactions through events, one-on-one connections, community content briefings, and analyst engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of professional experience, preferably from a consultancy or advisory background in strategy or supply chain strategy.

• Experience engaging with C-level customers and stakeholders within Global 500 companies.

• Proven ability to present and facilitate meetings for a C-level audience.

• Background in corporate and functional strategy development and implementation.

• Experience in managing or leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate a client’s unique circumstances and provide actionable, outcome-driven business advice and insights.

• Proficiency in digesting, analyzing, and presenting detailed research to synthesize insights for members.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Skills in presentation, persuasion, and influence.

• Commercial awareness to collaborate effectively with the sales organization to drive retention and growth.

• Capability to sell and promote membership to C-level leaders.

• Strong business insight and understanding of the responsibilities and challenges faced by senior executives in major corporations.

• In-depth knowledge of how leaders formulate strategies that can be executed at scale.

• Ability to continuously build and maintain knowledge of the evolving supply chain profession.
