Marketing Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive marketing campaigns from initial planning to launch and subsequent reporting.

• Create and manage HubSpot email campaigns, landing pages, and campaign workflows.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate campaign assets.

• Work alongside agency partners to oversee Google Ads and SEO/SEM initiatives.

• Oversee website updates, landing page execution, and the management of social media content calendars.

• Organize blogs, webinars, thought leadership pieces, and multimedia content.

• Handle event logistics, including sponsorships, registrations, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.

• Take ownership of the marketing calendar and maintain project timelines.

• Support CRM data integrity, campaign tagging, and list management activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and manage agency-related tasks.

• Develop KPI dashboards and conduct campaign reporting.

• Assist in the creation of presentations, one-pagers, campaign collateral, and materials to support sales.

• Organize marketing assets for campaigns and new service launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, MSP, SaaS, or professional services.

• Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, web, and events.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (preferred).

• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to independently manage multiple priorities.
