VP Product & Strategy

📋 Description

• Develop the long-term vision for EXLdecision.ai, integrating agentic AI into the foundational platform to address significant challenges in analytical decision-making.

• Manage the product P&L directly, focusing on revenue growth, contribution margins, and overall financial health.

• Transform company strategy into a multi-year roadmap that aligns with ARR growth and enhances enterprise value.

• Leverage customer insights and performance metrics to synchronize product investments with ROI.

• Own the comprehensive go-to-market strategy, encompassing target segments, pricing frameworks, and packaging for the agentic suite.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth across decision-making domains and various industry sectors.

• Design and implement a product-led growth engine that enhances adoption, expansion, and customer lifetime value.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine positioning and boost acquisition and retention efforts.

• Act as the senior external representative of the product, supporting critical deals and renewals.

• Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring value realization.

• Present product strategy and growth implications to C-suite executives and board members.

• Bring insights from enterprise experiences back into the product team to inform decisions based on customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS, data products, or enterprise software, with a proven track record of scaling products in growth-stage environments.

• Practical experience in building or launching products that utilize LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, showcasing the ability to innovate user experiences centered around AI capabilities.

• Proven success in P&L management, pricing strategy, and product-led growth initiatives.

• Proficient in decision sciences, data analytics, or data modeling — sufficient to gain the trust of technical developers and enterprise stakeholders.

• Outstanding executive presence, capable of influencing senior decision-makers such as Chief Data, Analytics, Risk, and Marketing Officers, as well as partners and technical stakeholders.

• Experience in taking an AI or data product from inception to market or achieving significant scale transformations.

• Familiarity with at least one of EXL's core verticals: banking, insurance, healthcare, or retail.
