This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the commercial strategy of the company to foster revenue growth, market expansion, and enhance customer engagement.
• Supervise sales, marketing, and customer success departments, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen customer and partner relationships.
• Advocate for both organic growth and initiatives driven by acquisitions.
• Build, nurture, and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on metrics.
• Set sales targets, performance standards, and accountability frameworks.
• Manage and evaluate sales pipelines to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create reliable and predictable sales forecasts for the executive team.
• Track sales performance, KPIs, pipeline activities, and revenue trends.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable insights regarding sales performance, market prospects, challenges, and growth strategies.
• Lead efforts in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial negotiations.
• Enhance relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
• Refine sales processes, systems, and overall commercial effectiveness.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain top sales talent.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results-oriented culture.
• Address customer and employee concerns while nurturing strong internal and external relationships.
• Establish priorities and expectations for the sales team.
• Cultivate and develop future sales leaders.
• Conduct performance management and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and team efficiency.
• Over 10 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally within a service-focused environment.
• More than 8 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing sales operations, strategy, or commercial functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and nurture high-performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and sales analytics.
• Experience in marketing and customer service/customer success roles.
• Excellent skills in business development and relationship management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• A proactive leadership approach with the capacity for direct, constructive discussions and holding teams accountable.
