This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and implement the regional sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence.
• Take ownership of regional sales performance, encompassing pipeline development, forecasting, quota achievement, and overall team outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-performing sales team through consistent performance management, pipeline evaluations, and continuous professional development.
• Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and activity expectations while promoting accountability, execution, and ongoing improvement.
• Foster new business development by supporting strategic initiatives, engaging in key client interactions, and assisting sales representatives in closing intricate deals.
• Supervise Salesforce CRM and sales operations to ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
• Track sales metrics and pipeline health, offering actionable insights to enhance conversion rates, sales productivity, and forecast precision.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to achieve customer objectives and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to shape product strategy, competitive positioning, and future business prospects.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, reporting standards, and operational best practices.
• Over 7 years of enterprise software sales experience in the payments, banking, or financial technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise software solutions to financial institutions, payment processors, national switches, fintechs, or payment service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new enterprise clients and navigate complex, consultative sales processes.
• Experience in driving sales accountability, maintaining pipeline discipline, and adopting CRM (Salesforce).
• Experience in leading geographically dispersed enterprise sales teams.
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem and the enterprise software purchasing process.
• Profound knowledge of enterprise software sales cycles and intricate deal structures.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and performance management abilities.
• Capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
• Preferred: Background in selling enterprise payment software, digital payment solutions, banking technology, core banking software, payment switching solutions, ATM or EFT software, fraud/compliance/payment security solutions, or FinTech platforms.
