Lead Product Manager, Tax Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop enterprise-level AI agents aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and the experience of practitioners throughout the entire tax lifecycle, from data collection and workpaper preparation to compliance, provision, and review.

• Introduce an innovative, AI-driven approach to addressing long-standing industry issues while collaborating closely with tax professionals at major firms and corporate tax departments.

• Identify customer requirements, define and implement zero-to-one features, and improve and expand one-to-n features.

• Collaborate with engineering and product design to shape the product roadmap, enabling rapid definition, launch, and delivery of impactful new features.

• Work alongside customer success, sales, and marketing teams to gather insights, communicate product strategies, and promote the adoption of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on AI and agents.

• At least 3 years of experience in tax—either as a tax practitioner or in developing tax products for the CPA or corporate tax sectors.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrated by a history of cross-functional teamwork.

• Ability to navigate the uncertainties that accompany the launch of new products.

• A degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
