This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and advance the product vision for Pax8's next-generation Revenue Lifecycle Management platform.
• Develop and oversee a strategic roadmap encompassing quoting, fulfillment, metering, foreign exchange, order-to-cash processes, and product information services.
• Align priorities with business needs, technical realities, compliance requirements, and opportunities for future growth.
• Convert regulatory and financial obligations into competitive advantages for the product.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to guarantee reliable, auditable, and scalable outcomes.
• Enhance product capabilities that support AI-driven consumption models and financial transactions.
• Investigate usage-based billing, token consumption, settlement, and future commerce primitives.
• Create seamless financial experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and settlement processes are trusted, intuitive, and scalable.
• Propel platform reliability to support global growth and operational confidence.
• Establish partnerships with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Act as a highly visible product leader throughout the organization.
• Build and cultivate a top-tier fintech product organization.
• Promote learning, accountability, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Mentor product leaders and enhance organizational product capabilities.
• Provide strategic insights for long-term platform investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Help guide the future trajectory of fintech within Pax8.
• Extensive experience in product leadership within platform, fintech, marketplace, billing, or commerce infrastructure settings.
• Demonstrated success in defining strategy and delivering complex platform products at scale.
• Profound understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage-based models, pricing frameworks, and billing operations.
• Solid knowledge of financial controls, auditability, revenue recognition, taxation, and compliance frameworks in global organizations.
• Technical proficiency in architecture, data integrity, platform reliability, and scalability.
• Strong perspective on AI-native commerce and emerging transaction models.
• Capability to lead through uncertainty, influence executives, and align various stakeholder groups.
• Experience in building, developing, and leading high-performing product teams.
• Comfort in navigating fast-paced, AI-enriched product development environments.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities across technical, commercial, operational, and executive audiences.
