VP of Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Manage and expand Nortal's portfolio of US clients with an annual growth target of 10–15%+

• Supervise Customer Success Managers while acting as the primary contact for client leadership

• Oversee revenue forecasts and profit margins for the portfolio

• Handle US client accounts, aiming to elevate each account to over $20M in annual revenue

• Identify opportunities for expansion across different business units, stakeholders, and service lines

• Develop annual growth strategies for each account

• Lead contract renewals, extensions, and rate negotiations

• Mentor CSMs, set objectives, and conduct monthly progress reviews

• Enhance account planning, business reviews, and CRM utilization

• Foster executive relationships and broaden client networks

• Collaborate with Delivery and Technology teams to ensure service quality

• Address client concerns and facilitate quarterly business reviews

• Monitor project and account margins

• Work alongside Finance on monthly forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a comparable client services, account leadership, or client success leadership role within a technology company (IT services, software engineering, or digital consulting)

• Proven track record of expanding an existing client portfolio with direct accountability for revenue goals

• Experience in team leadership

• Background in managing US enterprise clients from LATAM, working with nearshore or global delivery teams

• Financial acumen in revenue forecasting, project margin, P&L management, pricing, and contract negotiations

• Willingness to travel regularly to the United States

• Proficient in English at an advanced level
