This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Completion of high school education.

• Previous sales experience is advantageous.

• Ability to adhere to a schedule of 6 days on and 1 day off (Monday to Saturday).

• Commitment to working 6 hours and 20 minutes each day.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

• Wired network connection required for desktop work.

• Proficient in clear and concise communication.

• Familiarity with customer service techniques.

• Strong active listening skills and ability to analyze customer needs.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Initiative and a strong desire to contribute positively.
