This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Offer assistance for NMI software products to active customers through online tickets and phone support.
β’ Facilitate onboarding for both new and existing customer accounts.
β’ Educate customers on onboarding processes and reporting tools.
β’ Assist internal colleagues with product-related inquiries.
β’ Modify and create content for the Knowledge Garden for customers.
β’ Revise and produce internal process documentation.
β’ Collaborate with acquirers and other teams to ensure customer solutions meet compliance standards.
β’ Provide general customer support via online tickets.
β’ Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing customer experience.
β’ Aid in the development of internal training programs.
β’ Report directly to the Support Manager.
β’ Exceptional customer service abilities.
β’ Comprehensive IT knowledge.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Proven aptitude for problem-solving.
β’ Proactive, demonstrating initiative and creativity in addressing issues.
β’ Capability to manage complex data sets.
β’ Skillful in prioritizing tickets and managing workload efficiently.

β’ Experience in the payments and/or FinTech sector.
β’ Successful background and financial checks.
β’ Experience with a customer ticketing system (preferred).
β’ Background in an IT Helpdesk or Support role (preferred).
