This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples for various formats including conversational, narrative, instructional, and others.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while maintaining control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to specific recording guidelines concerning environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as necessary.

• Contribute voice recordings for the training and assessment of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• The recordings will be utilized solely for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be cloned for that purpose.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker residing in Latin America.

• Proficient in speaking neutral, internationally understandable Spanish without a strong regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive vocal quality.

• Have a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong understanding of intonation, diction, and emotional expression is essential.

• Ability to accurately follow scripts while delivering a natural performance.

• Availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project's duration is required.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Previous experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred.

• Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred.

• Capability to provide multiple vocal styles is preferred.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for this position.
