This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the initial contact and enrollment of patients in Ophelia.

• Assist potential patients in navigating the initial steps of Ophelia’s program.

• Aid prospective patients in overcoming initial treatment barriers.

• Utilize data to monitor enrollment and identify growth opportunities.

• Actively engage new patients in care through direct outreach, including cold calling.

• Address referrals and triage prospective patients efficiently.

• Engage, support, and guide prospective patients into the program.

• Reconnect with prospective patients who may have lost contact.

• Represent Ophelia’s mission as a member of the Enrollment Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role, demonstrating an ability to establish rapport quickly and with empathy.

• Comfortable with conducting outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups, to assist prospective patients in accessing care.

• Technologically proficient: able to operate across multiple platforms and navigate a remote-first, tech-enabled work environment.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment—adaptable, proactive, and driven to enhance systems and processes.

• Data-oriented: utilizes metrics to monitor outreach and enrollment results, and to pinpoint opportunities for growth and efficiency.
