This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various formats including conversational, narrative, instructional, and scripted styles.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech in Australian English.

• Exercise control over tone, pacing, pronunciation, diction, and emotional expression.

• Adhere strictly to scripts and produce multiple takes with variations as necessary.

• Ensure consistent voice characteristics, accent, and recording quality throughout sessions.

• Tailor delivery to suit different conversational and professional contexts.

• Comply with detailed performance instructions and recording protocols.

• Record in a quiet, controlled setting using professional or near-professional equipment.

• Monitor recordings for any background noise, clipping, distortion, and other quality concerns.

• Re-record materials as needed and deliver organized audio files in accordance with specifications.

• Create recordings that are suitable for training and evaluating text-to-speech systems.

• Assist in the development of natural and expressive synthetic speech for a customer-experience AI agent.

• Provide recordings and consent for voice cloning within the defined project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in English with a genuine Australian accent.

• Must currently reside in Australia.

• Professional experience in voice acting, voiceover, dubbing, narration, podcasting, broadcasting, or a similar field.

• Strong grasp of intonation, diction, pronunciation, pacing, and emotional versatility.

• Experience in precisely following scripts and performance directions.

• Professional or near-professional recording setup is essential.

• High-quality microphone and a quiet recording environment are required.

• Reliable availability for approximately 5 to 10 hours per week.

• Comfort with providing recordings that may be utilized for voice cloning within the specified project scope.

• Compliance with recording, file formatting, and delivery specifications using professional or near-professional equipment.
