This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across the entire project management lifecycle.

• Offer project controls expertise and support to project teams.

• Aid in the successful execution of projects adhering to schedule, budget, and compliance with both company and industry standards.

• Support the management and tracking of resource assignments, project execution requirements, reporting, and compliance.

• Create and oversee cost control systems that deliver precise financial information.

• Facilitate the development of the work breakdown structure (WBS).

• Implement and sustain an Earned Value Management System for projects.

• Evaluate cost and schedule performance indicators.

• Assist and coordinate project management through analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making processes.

• Coordinate and assist in the development of project resource schedules.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure that monitoring and reporting accurately reflects the current status of projects.

• Compile team input and project reports to establish project plans, checkpoints, and processes.

• Support management in executing the internal OPMS program to guarantee first-time quality in project management.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.

• Over 10 years of Project Controls experience, ideally in Nuclear Engineering or Construction.

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Skilled in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

• Proficient in Power BI.

• Knowledgeable in Cost and Schedule Management principles.

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals and groups, including external partners and internal team members.

• Ability to work independently while providing administrative support to teams.

• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must pass a post-offer drug test, including marijuana, and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations.

• Subject to random testing as a condition of ongoing employment.

• PMI certification or knowledge of Project Management is preferred.
