📋 Description

• Analyze intricate issues across servers, networks, cloud infrastructures, and systems to determine root causes.

• Propose solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines, and customer priorities.

• Test, enhance, and automate processes to boost reliability, efficiency, and repeatability.

• Anticipate risks and implement strategies to prevent disruptions.

• Design comprehensive infrastructure solutions across various platforms and technologies.

• Integrate systems within hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

• Automate workflows and processes to optimize delivery and minimize errors.

• Document architectures and procedures for effective hand-offs, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians.

• Oversee project delivery from initiation through completion, focusing on quality and timelines.

• Clearly communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.

• Provide tangible, high-impact results that enhance customer confidence.

• Broaden technical knowledge across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies.

• Obtain certifications and qualifications while applying them to real-world projects.

• Pursue career advancement toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound expertise in specific VMware technology areas, including cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.

• Experience with enterprise IT applications.

• Practical experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture within the public cloud AWS domain.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• VMware system administrator SME expertise.

• Familiarity with VMware Infrastructure.

• Experience with VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator.

• Experience with VMware Aria Operations for Applications.

• Experience with VMware NSX and VMware NSX-T Data Center.

• Experience with VMware Server and VMware vSAN.

• Specific understanding of the VMware support environment and OS configuration layer.

• Capability to support a managed services steady-state environment.
