This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and implement the strategy for the practice, focusing on revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market growth.
• Identify emerging opportunities and create unique consulting services centered on Visier and workforce intelligence.
• Develop reusable solution accelerators to enhance client satisfaction and expedite time to value.
• Construct a scalable operational model that balances growth, quality of delivery, utilization, and profitability.
• Position the practice as a trusted authority in people analytics and workforce transformation.
• Act as a reliable advisor to CHROs, HR executives, and business leaders.
• Facilitate executive discussions, strategy meetings, workshops, and intricate transformation projects.
• Link workforce analytics to business objectives and measurable results.
• Forge strategic client relationships and discover avenues for expansion and long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic initiatives, proposals, account strategies, and executive relationships.
• Propel account growth and align client value with financial outcomes.
• Oversee complex engagements at an executive level, upholding standards for quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Set delivery standards, KPIs, and processes that facilitate the scalability of the practice.
• Work in close partnership with Visier across Sales, Delivery, and Support while advancing the Visier practice.
• Provide technical oversight of data, integrations, and Visier environments, both internal and client-facing.
• Recruit, guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing consulting team.
• Create career pathways and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and client excellence.
• Develop future leaders for the practice and establish a scalable leadership framework.
• Over 10 years of experience in consulting, professional services, HR technology, people analytics, workforce strategy, or a related area.
• More than 5 years of experience leading a consulting practice, professional services organization, or a substantial client-facing team.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, building teams, creating offerings, and scaling a business.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with CHROs, HR leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in managing complex technology, analytics, or transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of workforce analytics, HR transformation, and SaaS.
• Commercial insight in pipeline development, strategic selling, proposals, and account growth.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with Visier or similar people analytics platforms is highly preferred.
