This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Foster creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning setting
β’ Develop strategies to engage students and cultivate strong student relationships
β’ Assess speech and language proficiency
β’ Design and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student requirements
β’ Keep detailed records of sessions and monitor progress towards IEP objectives
β’ Collaborate with school or district staff to share updates on student progress
β’ Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
β’ Valid professional license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board
β’ Must maintain good standing with no disciplinary actions on any held licenses
β’ Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for assessments and therapy in a school/IEP setting
β’ Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: including webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private/distraction-free workspace
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
β’ Must possess authorization to work in the United States
β’ No benefits provided; this is a contract position
