This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Provide engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction within a virtual classroom environment.
β’ Establish rapport and sustain momentum similar to that of an in-person therapist.
β’ Assess students' speech and language abilities and convert findings into clear, actionable objectives.
β’ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans specific to each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
β’ Record sessions and monitor progress towards achieving IEP goals.
β’ Collaborate with school-based personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators, to ensure alignment on student progress.
β’ Must possess an active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), or be willing to seek reciprocity.
β’ Must hold a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), or be open to pursuing reciprocity.
β’ Must maintain good standing with no disciplinary actions against any held licenses.
β’ Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy in a school/IEP context is required.
β’ A reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup is essential, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private/distraction-free workspace.
β’ Must be comfortable collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
β’ Must have authorization to work in the United States.
β’ Fully remote work arrangement.
