This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant and lead for Data & Digital analytics services within academic medical centers, extensive health systems, children’s hospitals, and community hospitals.
• Provide guidance to client executives regarding strategic priorities and opportunities for performance enhancement by aligning Vizient analytics, capabilities, and service offerings with organizational objectives.
• Generate actionable insights utilizing clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, strategic, market, and supply analytics.
• Identify and rank system-wide and individual hospital opportunities, translating analytics into strategic recommendations and measurable improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate strategic and performance enhancement discussions with client leadership, including C-suite executives.
• Develop, implement, assess, and maintain performance improvement plans that focus on quality of care, capacity and throughput, length of stay, workforce productivity, utilization, and cost performance.
• Influence client engagement in Vizient analytic and service offerings to boost adoption, involvement, outcomes, and demonstrated value.
• Create and implement action plans that enhance client engagement, elevate satisfaction, and aid in account planning for a seamless client experience.
• Work collaboratively with internal product, analytics, data, advisory, and account teams to meet client needs and ensure data integrity, health, and optimization.
• Support retention and growth by pinpointing additional service and subscription opportunities, contributing to sales initiatives, and developing an opportunity pipeline.
• Measure and report performance improvement outcomes to showcase the value generated through Vizient solutions and promote sustained client success.
• Preferred relevant degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Required experience in healthcare quality improvement, performance enhancement, operations, or healthcare strategy, ideally in a leadership role.
• Proven experience utilizing operational and quality data to formulate strategic recommendations and drive measurable performance improvements is required.
• Required experience in presenting to and advising C-suite leaders in hospitals and health systems.
• Experience in interpreting and applying clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, market, and/or supply chain data is required.
• Preferred understanding of healthcare operational performance measures, including length of stay, capacity and throughput, workforce productivity, and overtime, along with their strategic implications.
• Preferred experience in performance improvement leadership, healthcare strategy, and project management.
• Preferred background in acute care healthcare and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
