This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant products and disease areas to facilitate discussions with medical professionals.
• Oversee account management activities, which include account planning, coordination of field resources, customer education, promotion support, closing, and reporting.
• Develop a strong phone presence and cultivate productive business relationships.
• Leverage customer networks, resources, and digital tools to enhance stakeholder connectivity and outreach.
• Identify and pursue opportunities related to access, policy, programs, and processes that boost product demand.
• Execute informational and promotional communications targeting healthcare professionals.
• Perform data entry to document responses from targets, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Manage lists of targeted healthcare professionals to increase product volume.
• Ensure call productivity and adherence to required metrics.
• Direct daily sales call activities to meet sales and market share goals.
• Address customer inquiries and needs to fulfill call-plan objectives.
• Maintain expertise in product knowledge and competitive offerings.
• Convey accurate product information utilizing appropriate medical terminology.
• Complete client product training and meet all training expectations.
• Keep sales managers and field counterparts informed about project progress.
• Implement compliant sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or B2B sales.
• Experience in the eye care sector is preferred.
• Prior experience in virtual/contact center sales is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills are essential.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations.
• Willingness to seek feedback for performance and skill enhancement.
• Successfully complete the Client’s product training, which includes self-study, testing, fieldwork, and classroom or online training.
• Implement sales strategies in accordance with Federal Healthcare Program guidelines, FDA promotional regulations, and Client policies.
