Virtual Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Transform warm leads into confirmed appointments

• Provide guidance to clients and suggest appropriate cleaning services

• Foster strong client relationships from a remote environment

• Keep precise records in the CRM system

• Regularly achieve monthly sales goals

• Oversee remote sales for residential and end-of-tenancy cleaning services throughout the UK

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

• Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to independently manage tasks in a remote setting

• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills

• Resilience under pressure and capacity to handle rejection gracefully

• Proven history of success in phone-based sales and achieving targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and client information

• Skills in negotiation and customer issue resolution

• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop

• Stable Wi-Fi / Internet connection

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience with a focus on closing deals
