This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide exceptional virtual engagement with healthcare professionals in both Primary Care and Secondary Care.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Respiratory Nurses, Pharmacists, Consultants, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer engagement goals through structured virtual interactions.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric conversations that enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize approved resources and clinical data for discussions centered around evidence-based respiratory therapy.
• Implement customer engagement strategies that align with business priorities and address customer needs.
• Leverage customer insights, CRM data, and analytics to pinpoint engagement and follow-up opportunities.
• Facilitate virtual educational events, presentations, and product updates.
• Collaborate with field-based Respiratory Specialists and cross-functional teams.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.
• Observe customer feedback, market trends, and competitor actions.
• Adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and company protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of respiratory disease management, treatment pathways, and the healthcare landscape.
• Engage via digital communication channels including video calls, webinars, email, and telephone.
• Fulfill all legal criteria for pharmaceutical sales representatives in the UK.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in engaging customers through virtual or digital channels is a plus.
• Capability to communicate clinical and scientific information in a clear and effective manner.
• Demonstrated commitment to meeting performance objectives.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing within a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual engagement platforms.
• Strong customer orientation and proactive problem-solving mindset.
