This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide exceptional virtual engagement with healthcare professionals in both Primary Care and Secondary Care settings.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Respiratory Nurses, Pharmacists, Consultants, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer engagement targets through strategically planned virtual interactions.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric discussions aimed at enhancing patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize approved materials and clinical data to facilitate evidence-based discussions on respiratory therapy.
• Implement customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Leverage customer insights, CRM data, and analytics to pinpoint engagement and follow-up opportunities.
• Organize and deliver virtual educational events, presentations, and product updates.
• Collaborate with field-based Respiratory Specialists regarding customer coverage and account goals.
• Keep precise CRM records of customer interactions and activities.
• Track customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and standards.
• Cultivate an understanding of respiratory disease management, treatment pathways, and the healthcare landscape.
• Employ digital communication channels to enhance customer reach and engagement.
• Fulfill all legal criteria for pharmaceutical sales representatives in the UK.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in engaging customers through virtual or digital channels is a plus.
• Capability to convey clinical and scientific information clearly and effectively.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing within a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual engagement tools.
• Strong customer orientation and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
