📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients

• Promptly address incoming inquiries and assist clients with their initial questions

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives

• Clearly articulate service offerings and propose subsequent actions

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with appropriate team members

• Record interactions and keep precise notes in the CRM
