Senior Care Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead families and clients through initial discussions regarding in-home, non-medical care.

• Engage with prospective clients mainly via phone, while also utilizing email, chat, and text.

• Create, execute, and consistently enhance sales playbooks and strategies.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to Care Solutions Consultants.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and test new services or products.

• Deliver preliminary pitches, document client feedback, and identify impactful messaging.

• Independently navigate complex or ambiguous customer situations.

• Conduct consultative sales discussions to uncover key needs and decision-making factors.

• Customize recommendations to align with client goals and company objectives.

• Revise and implement sales playbooks and new strategies informed by customer insights.

• Work in partnership with operations, care coordination, and marketing stakeholders.

• Identify process deficiencies and emerging trends, suggesting enhancements to positioning, scripting, and the overall client experience.

• Compile customer insights for sales leadership.

• Assist and mentor colleagues during the rollout of new products or approaches.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets, including call volume, talk time, conversion rates, and quality benchmarks.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls while upholding quality, empathy, and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in phone-based sales or customer service (both inbound and outbound).

• Proven experience in developing sales strategies.

• Capability to excel in a metrics-driven environment and achieve targets.

• Empathetic communication that balances compassion with effective sales execution.

• Experience in remote work, effectively managing time, and maintaining connection with a virtual team.

• Background in home care, healthcare, or senior services is highly advantageous.

• Evening and weekend availability is required.
