Virtual Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Spanish.

• Dependable wired high-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and >30ms ping.

• A dedicated, private, and quiet workspace, free from noise and distractions.

• Personal Windows computer equipped with a quad-core processor, 6 GB RAM, and Windows 11 or higher.

• Two monitors of at least 19 inches each, or a laptop screen with a minimum of 12 inches.

• High-definition webcam.

• Wired keyboard that includes function keys and a 10-key pad.

• Wired mouse.

• Wired USB headset.

• Availability to work either 6 am–7 pm CST or 9 am–9 pm CST, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.

• Capacity to work approximately 36 hours per week, with some weeks varying between 25 to 40 hours.

• Ability to focus on short shifts without multitasking.

• Quick adaptability to switch between different client contexts and effectively manage stressful situations.

• A reliable self-starter who enjoys learning and responds positively to feedback.

• Ability to work approximately 36 hours per week, with some weeks ranging from 25 to 40 hours.

• Ability to work focused short shifts without multitasking.

• Ability to switch quickly between different client contexts and handle stressful situations.

• Reliable self-starter who enjoys learning and responds constructively to feedback.
