Virtual Primary Care Physician – vPCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual primary care via telephonic and video consultations

• Provide support to the Longview/Kelso Primary Care clinic through virtual means

• Offer care to Kaiser Permanente members in the region

• Oversee a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive healthcare

• Work collaboratively with an integrated team of physicians alongside supportive clinical and administrative staff

• Integrate virtual healthcare into daily practice

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Applicants for fully remote virtual roles must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Texas

• Candidates should be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area

• At least three years of experience in providing direct patient primary care after residency training

• Familiarity with telehealth and digital health, or the ability to adapt and incorporate virtual care into practice

• Capability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care

• Proficiency in managing a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older
