📋 Description

• Become a part of the Virtual Primary Care Float team, providing support to Primary Care clinics in Oregon and southwest Washington.

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive care via telephonic and video consultations.

• Oversee a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older.

• Assist regional Kaiser Permanente members.

• Collaborate with a cohesive team of physicians along with clinical and administrative personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• At least three years of experience in delivering direct patient primary care following residency training.

• Familiarity with telehealth and digital health, or the ability to integrate virtual care into practice.

• Candidates applying for fully remote virtual roles must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Texas.

• Applicants must be situated outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area.
