Virtual Physician Collaborator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Work in conjunction with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to offer virtual wraparound services aimed at assisting patients who have experienced fractures within the last six months and are unable to see their primary care provider.

• Partner with APPs to bridge gaps in care and guarantee access to essential services.

• Conduct regular chart evaluations and facilitate monthly meetings for coordination.

• Act as a supportive resource for APPs to promote high-quality patient care.

• Report directly to the Associate Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an unrestricted medical license in Mississippi.

• Must be a resident of Mississippi.

• Graduate from an accredited MD/DO program.

• Board certified or Board eligible.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working alongside mid-level practitioners.

• A home internet connection with a download speed of at least 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required.

• Must work from a designated area free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
