Virtual Physical Therapist, K-12 Schools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Foster innovation and enthusiasm within the virtual learning space.

• Develop approaches to engage and support student learning and relationships.

• Assess levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.

• Formulate and implement treatment plans tailored to address individual student needs.

• Maintain documentation of sessions and track progress toward IEP objectives.

• Collaborate with school or district staff to share information regarding student progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active physical therapy license issued by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.

• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) is required.

• Experience with a reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.

• Strong technical setup: webcam, headset, stable internet connection, and a private workspace.

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote setting with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
