Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Offer individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and possibly substance use disorders.

• Ensure timely and clear clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.

• Facilitate care coordination when necessary and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active and verifiable Iowa license as an LISW, LMFT, or LMHC, in addition to a license in your state of residence if it is not Iowa.

• All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy within outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills, utilizing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, exhibiting professionalism and integrity.
