Market Owner – Manual Therapy, Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Canadian Manual Therapy and Mental Health markets from start to finish.

• Establish annual objectives related to key market metrics, monitor performance, and refine strategies and tactics accordingly.

• Develop a research-driven understanding of practitioner requirements, workflows, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.

• Design and implement the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Marketing and Customer teams.

• Represent Canadian practitioners within the Product, Marketing, and Customer teams.

• Advocate for the prioritization of roadmap initiatives based on product-market alignment and market insights.

• Balance strategic focus on immediate customer demands, 3 to 6-month Marketing outlooks, and long-term Product goals.

• Identify partnership opportunities, unmet needs, and new avenues for growth.

• Represent Jane at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6+ years of relevant professional experience.

• 2+ years experience in a prestigious strategy consulting firm.

• 2+ years in market strategy, general management, or product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proficient in setting metrics-based goals, analyzing performance, and modifying strategies as needed.

• Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that yield measurable results.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams.

• Capability to influence outcomes without direct authority in cross-functional settings.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a proactive approach.

• Candidates must reside in Canada and possess the legal right to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

• Nice to have: Previous GM experience or experience in P&L management.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of the manual therapy, mental health, or allied health sectors.

• Nice to have: Previous experience as a practitioner or operations leader in a manual therapy or mental health clinic.
