Virtual Healthcare Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual engagements directed by clients with designated targets.

• Provide education on disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and their staff.

• Establish trust and enhance customer relationships through professional virtual interactions.

• Assess and track local market dynamics and customer insights.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate efficiently with field partners.

• Engage with healthcare professionals to deliver impactful educational messages.

• Perform patient identification in a virtual healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is necessary.

• Proven success in a lead-generation setting.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Experience in virtual/inside sales or lead generation is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business results and meet or exceed lead-generation goals.

• Strong proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and plan tasks.

• Compliance with regulatory guidelines is essential.

• Capability to perform outbound calls, emails, and virtual communications.

• Skill in articulating clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office personnel.
